Hi, I’m Kelly Roach.
I built my first company to over 7 figures while working as an SVP in a Fortune 500, working in business for just 3 hours a day.
I turned my corporate experience into an 8-figure global coaching company, and now I am building my portfolio of companies to 9-figures (6 companies, with 6 different business models).
Over the years, I’ve helped almost 100 clients hit 7 figures in annual revenue, and LOVE watching them tackle their dreams.

Mini-courses and marketing masterclasses are usually under an hour. Q+A sessions and co-working sessions are optional and are both an hour long! An hour a week plus implementation time is all you need!
Is this the same as other Kelly Roach International companies and the offers in those companies?
No. The Kairos Mentorship is weekly mentorship with Kelly Roach directly in a group setting and focuses heavily on capacity building, leadership, personal development, and business growth. Virtual Business School will have mini-courses from various individuals, and they aren’t taught live.
The Business Advisory is a high-touch, hybrid 1:1 group coaching program for people with over $250k in annual revenue in their business. This is for those who have mastered the basics here in The Virtual Business School and are ready to start expanding on those.
If I don’t like the membership, can I get a refund?
While we don’t do refunds, we are happy to pause your membership at any time as long as you let us know a minimum of 10 days before your next billing cycle.
